Run Route

Transition 2 (Bike – Run) will take place in the Gravel Parking Lot just to the left of the 4-way stop on Griffin Dr. Racers will drop their bikes (I am working on a map for how this will actually flow) and then run out the old Newfoundland T-Railway. They will keep to the left of the trail heading out to St Aiden’s Rd, take a right onto Water St, and then take a quick left for a tiny smidgeon of a tail out along Griffin Dr until turning around to come back along the bike path. Once on the bike path it will come back up a quick incline and then reconnect to the outgoing route, heading back to the Gravel parking lot again.
